Romy said...: IMHO if we do say them, it's because of the ever-present influence of American culture in our Aussie lives. These are not bona fide Australian expressions. This is a good thing, we have waaay better ones in the local lingo anyway, like 'built like a brick shit house'. Expressions don't get much better than that one!; October 13, 2010 at 6:58 AM
