I wouldn't say that these are "Americanisms" - at least the last 3 aren't.
Nonsense. We have all those expressions here. You probably just hear them around North Sydney because they're a bit hick.

Geez Louise! Just for the record, I was given all these by a bona fide Australian friend who lives *south* of the bridge!
We definately say all of those expressions here and I hope I'm not the friend south of the bridge!

IMHO if we do say them, it's because of the ever-present influence of American culture in our Aussie lives. These are not bona fide Australian expressions. This is a good thing, we have waaay better ones in the local lingo anyway, like 'built like a brick shit house'. Expressions don't get much better than that one!
