Chili, I'm told, is not nearly so common in Australia as in America. And particularly not as common as in Cincinnati, I can imagine! I did happen to find some cooked by a Kiwi friend, though!!

Looks good, though it's not quite 5 way yet.
It depends on what kind of 'chilli' you're after - Mexican, Indian or SE Asian. The last two get called 'curry' but do have chilli in them, particularly the SE Asian. If you want Mexican, come to Queensland and go to a Montezuma's restaurant - one of the ones we go to reasonably regularly now has a Mexican lady working there. :-)
