quicko: pleasure

They do this in England, too, but it's also Australian: "pleasure" is a standard response to "thanks."

I guess you are experiencing a lot of the American version of the word Pleasure, since you have not posted on your blog for several days...

It's a contraction of either "My pleasure" or "It was/is a pleasure" (to have done whatever I'm being thanked for). Obviously both these utterances have far too many syllables to be pronounced in full in Modern Australian English.
