quicko: how unclean

Now I haven't exactly conducted a scientific survey of this, but I have found distinctly fewer (if any?) of those disposable paper toilet seat covers in public restrooms in Australia. Now whether this means Australians have simply realized that the covers never actually fit a toilet seat so you end up wasting more paper simply covering over the parts it misses OR they are simply not bothered about keeping their bottoms as clean as Americans' bottoms remains to be seen. Personally, I'm convinced it's the latter, which means I simply must redouble my own valiant efforts.
