What I dislike about these places are:
(a) pitiful working conditions for those producing it;
(b) pollution in manufacture; and
(c) pollution as people toss out junk because they didn't invest much of their own funds to acquire it, whereas if they had to pay more for the item then they might appreciate it more and be more considered in what they buy.
Unfortunately, resolving (c) doesn't negate (a) and (b) but you can't have (c) without (a) and (b).
