kirribilli to kakadu

As you may or may not know, Garry and I are engaged and, as he lives in Darwin, I'm soon to be moving from the Lower North Shore of Sydney to the Northern Territory.  It's a pretty big change and I'm pretty petrified, but I'm hoping it'll at least be the kick this blog needs to rejuvenate a bit, what with the change of scenery and life turned upside down and backwards and all.

It's three weeks until I move, but I'm hoping that once I do I'll come across lots of things I love about Darwin that I can share with you.  For a sneak peek, here are some pictures I took at Nightcliff when I was up there this weekend.

Amazingly brilliant sunset!
And, hopefully, there will be lots of things other than Garry himself that you will find to love in Darwin. I am looking forward to learning all about the particular peculiarities you run across when you get there. I am sure you'll have lots of new adventures to blog about. Make of that what you will.
