It has recently come to my attention that Australians are unfamiliar with taco salads. Thus, I submit Exhibit A: a menu that I discovered at a Mexican restaurant in New South Wales. Take special note of the second item on the list.
I don't get the point of the post. You said Australians aren't familiar with taco salad, but then show that they are by picturing a menu with one listed on it. I was assuming maybe the ingredients indicated they still didn't know what went into one, but that is what I could not read.
I live in Nowra....i am from Seattle...i want a taco salad....so i will make one....but i do agree that Aussies dont know about the amazing taste of a taco salad

The photos is a little blurry. What does it say on the menu?
ReplyDeleteIt says "TACO SALAD," Mom.
ReplyDeleteShe lies. It clearly says "blended essence of Burrito."
ReplyDeleteI maintain that the fact that it has the word "salad" in it is a valid reason to skip over it. Possibly straight to the dessert section.
Where, unfortunately, you'd miss out entirely on Snickers salad.
