quicko: turtles

I made the most fascinating discovery today: in Australia, you must have a license to own a turtle.

    There for a while, maybe still, it was illegal to sell (or purchase) them for pets in Ohio because they carry salmonella. Tortoises, on the other hand, are fine to keep.
